JOB SCOPE Summary of Job Responsibilities Senior level management who is responsible to ensure the progress of efficiency, quality and affordability across the design, installation and maintenance of all MEP/ELV essential systems, working closely with the delivery teams in project management. The responsibilities span a broad spectrum, covering all the areas of project management like - Project Planning, Cost Management, Time Management, Quality Management, Contract Administration, and Safety. Makes decision that have a major impact on client relations and profitability. Job Responsibilities

• Assist overall installation plans and specifications to ensure that they deliver what the building/stakeholders needs
• Advising the design team on the co-ordination of services within the overall building design, for example, advice on how much space is needed above the ceilings to accommodate ventilation systems and other services
• Participates in testing and checking installations
• Monitor on jobs to meet building regulations and health and safety requirements
• Attending meetings and presenting ideas and progress reports to different stakeholders and Government Department
• Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope. Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to Operations stake holder
• Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. Tracks and reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis
• Facilitates team and client meetings effectively. Holds regular status meetings with project team
• Co-ordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which include the architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors and laborers

JOB REQUIREMENTS Education & Certification

• Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering, construction or scientific discipline is desirable

Experience

• Minimum 7 years of experience working experience in related field and at least 2 years of experience working in similar project at a management capacity
• Advance knowledge of construction, construction management
• Advance Knowledge of design-build construction obtained through a combination of experience and education
• Interact and communicate effectively with internal and external parties
• Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies
