About the Department
The Retail function provides customers with financial solutions tailored to their personal needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

Job Responsibilities
1. End-to-end Accountability and Engagement

• Define and own the C360 Roadmap in line of business strategy and oversee the overall success and execution of the C360 Program for the Group
• Serve as a Single Point of Contact representing the business parties and needs in terms of C360 build

2. Stakeholder Management

• Manage all stakeholders required for program e.g., Sales & Distribution teams, Channels (Branch), Product teams, Technology, Operations, Compliance, Finance etc

3. Requirement Management and High Level Solution

• Work with the Tech & Operations Program Manager on how to structure and sequence the different builds
• For each build

• Support and facilitate the preparation of Business Requirement Document
• Prepare and own the business case
• Support the Tech & Operations Program Manager to suggest revised requirements if the solution is technically complex or costly (to keep optimizing the Program ROI)

4. Project Execution

• Participate in overall project governance with key stakeholders
• Review and own key deliverables
• Overall accountable for providing business resources to execute program
• Jointly accountable for program plan, budget, risks and stakeholder management with Tech & Operations Program Manager

5. Team management

• Manages a team of Business specialists and UI/UX designers (total of 6 persons)
• Reports to the Program Sponsor
• Work closely with the Tech and Operations Program Manager and the tech & operations team

Job Requirements

• Bachelor\'s Degree, preferably in business or marketing.
• Experience project management, technology, Agile approach would be preferred
• Good knowledge of local financial advisory ecosystem landscape
• Strong stakeholder management ability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in similar business program manager role
