Key Responsibilities

• Origination & Client Coverage: Lead senior-level client engagement across corporates, FIs and sponsors, delivering tailored capital markets and risk solutions
• Execution Leadership: Take ownership of transactions, from structuring through execution, ensuring best-in-class delivery and governance
• Strategic Partnership: Work closely with Head of CM&S to define priorities, drive franchise development, shape business model for sustainable growth
• Cross-Platform Collaboration: Partner with Bank / Securities to deliver integrated solutions, leveraging balance sheet, structuring and distribution capabilities
• Product Expertise: Provide thought leadership on market trends, regulatory developments, product innovation across DCM, derivatives, structured finance distribution
• Franchise Development: Support the buildout of CM&S franchise, including mentoring future junior hires and representing the platform at client / industry forums.

Qualifications / Experience

• 12+ years of experience in capital markets, structured solutions, or financing, with proven origination and execution track record
• Strong client relationship across Asia Pacific, with ability to originate across senior client levels
• Deep product expertise in one or more of: DCM, Structured Finance, Derivative, Risk Management, Debt Distribution
• Demonstrated ability to work across platforms and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing both clients and internal stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred
