They are looking to hire an Executive Director level candidate to provide financial and strategic insights as Head of Business Finance for their Retail & Wealth Business

Key responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into actionable financial plans across segments and markets.
• Partner with segment CFOs and heads to monitor and drive progress toward strategic targets.
• Align financial impact and execution with country finance and business partners
• Advise on financial performance, profitability, and risks; identify growth opportunities.
• Track segment performance (financial and non-financial) and lead deep-dive analysis.
• Support Business Reviews with insight-driven reporting and competitor benchmarking.
• Drive multiyear strategic planning and market share improvement initiatives.
• Lead monthly performance reviews, flash, outlook, and forecasting processes.
• Ensure smooth execution of corporate planning and internal finance processes.
• Track value drivers and coordinate with analytics and offshore teams.
• Drive cost efficiency through prioritization and financial discipline.

• Over 10 years of relevant finance experience within a leading global financial institution, preferably in banking
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CMA, ACCA) or MBA in Finance preferred
• Proven ability to partner with business leaders, influence decisions, and effectively challenge stakeholders
• Strong knowledge or prior experience in consumer banking, wealth management, or SME/commercial banking
