You will be overseeing the team responsible for the following critical functions:
To ensure Operational readiness of new strategic platforms and change requests across Operations for the Banks\xe2\x80\x99s Cash, Trade and Commercial loans.
Commercial readiness testing of the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s leading digital banking experience for businesses.
You will be a proven leader with expertise and experience in banking operations. You will have a successful record of providing leadership driving the implementation of changes and enablement of Operations with the rollout of new strategic technology platforms.
You will primarily be responsible for the overall leadership and delivery of user acceptance testing (UAT) and operationalisation activities. You will drive the effective use of budget to support strategic change programs. You thrive on taking initiative to proactively look for continuous improvement opportunities through new automation tools that fosters greater productivity and improve quality.
You will possess excellent communication skills, be adaptable to changes, and have an ability to build and foster great working relationships with stakeholders.
Your track record of ensuring operational excellence of Operations delivery in well-established Financial institution, preferably in wholesale banking will ensure your success.

Stakeholder Relationship Management
Act as a trusted advisor for senior stakeholders and influencers.
Drive effective business change by building relationships with business leaders, technology, and operational business partners.
Planning & Management
Strategic leadership in user acceptance testing and operationalisation.
Drive delivery excellence of operationalisation of strategic projects and business aligned initiatives across group and subsidiaries.
Anticipate and address challenges holistically to achieve success.
Management and monitoring of planned testing, ensure early identification of potential problems, recognize anticipated risk impact and propose risk mitigation strategies.
Drive scoping and evaluation of continuous improvement to improve the overall cadence of user acceptance testing.
Define overall considerations, including scalability, maintainability, cost, operations, and principal risks.
Ensure commercial and business perspective are met with the capabilities delivered.
Develop and manage the operating budget.
Managing RUN
Manage the communication with senior business stakeholders on testing and operationalisation support to Operations Operating Centres.
Drives continuous improvement, early identification and resolution of challenges impacting BAU changes.
Embed a robust risk governance culture, strengthen the risk and control environment.
Support and drive a sustainable process for measuring benefits to ensure Operations resources are aligned to business initiatives which provide the highest ROI.
Develop talent
Build high performance teams
Develop plans to acquire skills and necessary resources for the continuous development of organization
Develop plans to build the capabilities of the team
Mentor senior Operations leaders across teams
Develop talents initiatives aimed at upskilling the organization\xe2\x80\x99s workforce in the Operations space.
The knowledge, experience and qualifications you\xe2\x80\x99ll need to succeed
You\xe2\x80\x99ll typically have over 15 years of the relevant banking experience.
Involved in large banking operations and change programs are preferred.
Equivalent experience and skills also considered.
Experience in budget and cost management.
Possess strong leadership skills and management acumen
Strategic and forward-thinking approach to challenges with outstanding influencing, negotiation and persuasion skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
