Leads strategic planning and collaborates with all hotel profit generation teams to actively seek opportunities to drive incremental profit for Rooms, Restaurants, Spas, and other revenue streams. \xe2\x80\x8b

Leverages Revenue Management analytics, technologies, processes, tools, and training programs to optimize hotel profits.\xe2\x80\x8b

Creates short- and long-term forecasts, that yield the best decisions on pricing and yielding tactics for 2030 rooms, 12 F&B outlets and 10KSQM Convention center \xe2\x80\x8b

Actively participates in ownership conversations and presentations.\xe2\x80\x8b

Monitors relevant economic, market, and competitive set indicators to derive insight-led profit generation strategies\xe2\x80\x8b

Maintains relationships with local market competitors to keep informed of trends and news. \xe2\x80\x8b

Motivate, lead, coach and manage all aspects of team members\xe2\x80\x99 performance towards achieving exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction results.\xe2\x80\x8b

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in similar capacity.\xe2\x80\x8b

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written \xe2\x80\x8b

Dynamic can-do attitude \xe2\x80\x8b

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail \xe2\x80\x8b

Experience with RM systems like Ideas, TARS highly preferred \xe2\x80\x8b

Ability to complete work within given deadlines \xe2\x80\x8b

Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets\xe2\x80\x8b

Convention center revenue management\xe2\x80\x8b
