About the role:

The Partnerships team sits within the Global Commercial Banking, and we seek to partner with:

• Partner 3rd party platforms/ecosystems to build sticky customer engagement as customers and industries digitalize.
• Test and learn customers\' propensity to consume banking services where they buy, sell and operate.
• Offer embedded financial services with ecosystem partnerships across industry value chains, marketplaces and corporate anchors.

• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies, business models and ecosystems in relation to the above
• Actively identify and collaborate with internal and stakeholders to define new initiatives, proof of concept and pilot projects on embedded financial services
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across IT, Product, Segment and Regions to deliver on the agreed propositions.

• Bachelor\'s degree in related fields
• Good track record in managing performing teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated experience of navigating the organization and working in ambiguity
• Driven and thrive under pressure.
• work independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Think creatively or provide alternative solutions to address business problems and achieve desired outcomes.
• Strong understanding of the digital economy, key trends of the landscape of financial services and future of banking
• Experience in mapping customer journey and comfortable with speaking to customers to test and validate propositions.
• Experience in corporate credit and transaction banking and product development preferred.
• Fintech or partnerships experience would be an advantage.
• Skilled in in PowerPoint and Excel
