We are seeking someone with strong initiative, an eagerness to learn, and an interest in media, content creation, children's content, or the preschool industry. This is a chance to gain hands-on experience and play a pivotal role in projects central to the company's long-term strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

IP and Content Development

Assist in organising writers' rooms and note taking Work with creatives to develop IP and ensure production workflows are well managed Test product iterations, gather critical inputs from stakeholders, and ensure feedback is factored into creative product development Conduct competitive landscape research Assist in managing contracts and procurement Source potential partners to execute preliminary expansion of IP (eg, music, podcasts, merchandise)

Content Strategy and Mapping

Work with departments across NFC to conduct a comprehensive stock-take of all content assets and media efforts NFC-wide. Build and promote new processes to increase the efficiency of content resources across the organisation.

Content Platform & Administration

Liaise with NFC staff and teachers regarding asset creation and content development. Assist in developing the roadmap of content output. Potentially oversee the migration of content onto new or alternative platforms.

Social Media & Production Support

Assist the team as needed on social media output for the NFC brand and accounts. Provide support in areas of production, liaising with production partners, and facilitating shoots.

Requirements:

Education

A Bachelor's Degree, Diploma or equivalent practical experience in Communications, Media, Business, Education, or a related field.

Experience

Proven ability to manage projects, coordinate across multiple teams, or handle administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience in media/content production, education, or project management is a plus. Open to fresh grads.
