Job Description




Broad Function
Responsible for smooth functioning of operationalisation of ERM Framework, facilitation of risk reviews and conducting staff training.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Facilitate and document the discussion points from engagement with risk owners and risk representatives on emerging risks, risk reviews etc.
  • Conduct briefing to HODs and risk representatives and engaging them to operationalise department risk register. This is applicable for newly appointed HODs or new departments being set up.
  • Poll relevant risk owners/ representatives for key risk indicator/ traffic light indicator results and status of new control measures on a quarterly basis.
  • Develop e-learn materials and operationalise dissemination to/ participation by WH staff.
  • Preparation of information, which could be obtained through #1 and #3, for presentation at various platforms i.e. Board Level, WH Senior Leadership etc.
  • Perform environment scanning on emerging risks faced by healthcare industry, benchmark against other NHG institutions, and news articles.
  • Develop staff communication materials to maintain the desired level of staff awareness within WH.
  • Assist in carrying out manual call tree exercise for Finance division.
  • Assist Finance Division Data Protection Lead in coordination with Data Protection Office to ensure compliance with data classification requirements.
  • Assist in preparation of updates relating to internal/ external audit reports issued to WH, for presentation at various platforms i.e. Board Level.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Business, Finance or other related tertiary education with preferably 3 years of working experience
  • Preferably with healthcare or risk management experience
  • Ability to prioritise tasks to meet timeline
  • Self-motivated with strong interest in learning and analytical mind
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Good interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels in the organisation and stakeholders
