Executive (environmental Services), Operations Shared Service
Job Description
You will oversee, implement and evaluate Environmental Services related programmes to provide a safe, clean and comfortable environment in the hospital for our patients, public and staff. This includes collaborating with Service Partners to monitor performance measures to meet the service standards and compliance with legal requirements. You will liaise and coordinate work activities with users and service partners to ensure smooth delivery with minimum work disruptions and high user satisfaction. You shall also track and monitor department's work plans timely and compile statistics on the Environmental Services activities for management's decision.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, preferably with at least 2 years' relevant working experience in a Healthcare or Hospitality environment
- Possess good communication, interpersonal and adaptability skills
- Highly independent, meticulous and analytical
