Job Description

• Soliciting F&B outlets (hotels/restaurants/bars) to participate in the various gourmet festivals

• Liaising with F&B outlets for PR materials, menu and operational requirements

• Liaising with sponsors for PR materials and operational requirements

• Liaising with musicians, emcee, AV, production vendors for operational requirements

• Assist with handling reservations and enquiries

• Handling site recce and coordination meetings with related outlets and sponsors/vendors

• On-site preparation and execution of each event

• Assist with developing print and online marketing materials including advertisements, program guides, brochures, EDMs, CRM, website, socials, etc. This will include writing, editing and proofreading, briefing and basic designing

• Liaising with management and marketing teams to meet and exceed partner requirements/expectations

• Assist in managing event hotline and hotline agents
  

• Dynamic, resourceful, self-driven, hardworking, confident and an outgoing individual with great interpersonal skills and an effective team player

• Pleasant with a flair for interacting with an international community with diverse cultural backgrounds

• Able to work in a fast paced environment

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, and conversant in Mandarin

• Excellent proficiency of MS Office and Canva

• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop will be an advantage

• Experience/exposure in the F&B industry will be an advantage

• Diploma/Degree in Business/MICE/Hospitality/Tourism/Marketing studies
