*** NO Quota for work pass ! ***Work Location: Pasir Panjang (near Pasir Panjang MRT station)Salary: $2,800 - $3,800 depending on relevant working experiencesWorking Hours: 6-day work week, 2 rotating shifts (Morning shift staggered between 7.30am and 7.00pm; Afternoon shift staggered between 12.00pm and 11.00pm)Benefits: 14 days annual leave, Dental and medical, AWS and performance bonusDuties And Responsibilities:

• Draw up, plan and execute sports and fitness-related activities / events as well as review existing activities / events and propose improvements regularly
• Prepare budget for sports and fitness-related activities / events and ensure activities are spend within budget

Oversee the gym and arrange for gym equipment repair and servicing, enhancements and replacements
Handle and maintain gym membership records and fees due * Ensure smooth operations of the club daily

• Handle and oversee arrangements and setups for facility bookings and events
• Ensure quality customer service is maintained
• Ensure that all policies and procedures are enforced and maintain proper compliance at all times
• Perform all supervisory responsibilities as directed by Club Manager
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Supervisory experience is preferred
• Able to work 2 rotating shifts and on weekends and public holidays
• Conversant with IT applications, MS Word, MS Excel etc
• Pleasant personality with good communication skills, both written and oral
• Good interpersonal skills including courtesy, professionalism and cooperative attitude
• Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Diploma from a recognised institution or GCE xe2x80x9cOxe2x80x9d or xe2x80x9cAxe2x80x9d Level with relevant experience
