Job Description
Date: 02-Feb-2023 Location: ARTS & SOC SC, Kent Ridge Campus, SG Company: National University of Singapore
- Managing Development Work (Capital Project works) in the Faculty and Dean\xe2\x80\x99s Office, this also includes liaising with other central units on reporting and subsequent managing maintenance jobs/ projects
- Undertake and manage operational jobs/ tasks (e.g. room utilisation statistics, performing room booking requests when required, budget management, purchasing, tenders, sustainability goals, etc)
- Participation as and when in Faculty and University matters (e.g. Pandemic management tasks, assist in organising events such as Retreats or Faculty meetings)
Qualifications
- A University degree would be preferable as the successful hire needs to be able to write short reports, take Minutes of meetings and manage more advanced EXCEL tasks for projects and utilisation management. Training can be provided by the institution, if they are not too familiar with the software.
- Will be tasked to learn different operational systems in NUS, such as room utilisation, room booking, and to manage sustainable projects for the Faculty.
- Physical mobility to traverse a large area and ability to climb stairs is necessary, as maintenance oversight and capital work projects requires moving through various terrain, and checking on sites in the field.
