Job Description
Responsible to provide support towards the primary goal of the FM Unit:
- Continuous uninterrupted operations of buildings, plant equipment, all infrastructural, assets and facilities, timely replacement of all assets & equipment.
- Act as the executor to the upgrading and renovation projects and other estate management matters including to ensure the facilities service providers deliver quality works.
- Supervise FM Service Providers to ensure quality work is timely delivered and KPI met.
- Provide technical support to user's request.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor
- Degree Facilities Management or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Min 2 years experience in facilities management and project management
- Experience in calling for quotations, tender.
- Team player and is able to work independently without supervision
- Will be required to travel to multiple Polyclinics and carry out weekend works
