Location : Upper Changi Road North
Position : Executive (Family Policy) - 2 apx
Contract period : Immediate (1 Year)
Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30 am to 6.00 pm
Fridays : 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
Saturdays : Day Off
Lunch : 1 hour
Min Deg - salary ranges from $3,500 - $4,700 depending on relevant working experience.

• Degree - Background in Social Work or related field preferred.

Skills needed:

• Basic Microsoft Office skills

• Meticulous and detailed Prison HQ

Job Scope:
To assist the Family Policy Team in implementing the Localised Community Network initiative under the National Committee on Preventing Offending and Re-offending (NCPR), encompassing cross-MSF coordination and implementation.

• To generate and screen new admissions via Case Connect / One CV/ SSNET

• Refer known cases to FSCs or SSOs via Case Connect (Referral and Coordination Module)

• Maintain a database and follow up on data entry on progress update (which inmate has been referred and status)

• Tally with database for the Omnibus consent to seek social assistance to avoid duplication of referrals /resources

• To follow up on any coordination, request and information required from MSF/FSCs/FRCs following up from the referrals

• To work with NCPR WG to curate resources and information for FSCs/SSOs
