Executing day to day operations of the Family Social Corner Experience.
Ensuring that all kids and their families are greeted at the door; pertinent information about the Social Corner offerings and schedule is also shared.
Verification of guest details and ensuring that all kids and parents have completed the acknowledgement form.
Ensuring that accurate records of attendance and parents acknowledgement forms are kept.
Building rapport with both kids and parents to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
Ensure the safety and well-being of the kids in the Family Social Corner, adhering to established protocols.
Monitor activities to prevent accidents, address any concerns, and maintain a safe and secure environment.
Work closely with the Family Social Corner\'s Engagement Ambassadors and provide support during busy periods.
Keep the Family Social Corner organized, clean, and stocked with necessary supplies for activities.
Report any maintenance or equipment issues in a timely manner to the relevant stakeholders (Housekeeping Department / Facilities Department) for the upkeep (cleanliness/sanitization/maintenance of items).
Job RequirementsEducation & Certification
Diploma/Degree in childcare, education, or recreation or related field preferred
Experience
Previous experience working with kids, in the hospitality/attractions industry.
Other Prerequisites
Excellent communication skills for interacting with kids.
Ability to prioritize safety and maintain a child-friendly environment.
Team-player attitude and ability to collaborate with Team Members from different departments.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Enjoys interacting with kids.
Fluent in English and any additional language is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Grooming must be consistently aligned with grooming standards.
