Job Description

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Route Controllers, Mobile Patrol Team and Service Ambassador.
• Data entry & reconciliation of fare evasion results
• Route planning for diversions, bridging bus and ad-hoc contingency ops
• Custodian for Ops Circular & Instructions for planned diversions including translation
• Coordination in all route checking, double deck height clearance and plan for height check schedule for all bus services
• Overall in-charge for Field Operations staff discipline & performance update
• Tracking & maintaining LTA assets (Mobile Inspection Device) and updating of patch for Mobile Inspection Device and printer
• Field Operations training, conducting & evaluation, review of materials including WIs & SOPs
• Provide ground supervision during diversion, Early Closure and Late Opening and bridging bus
• To ensure fare protection KPIs are met by conducting timely fare evasion audit checks on deployed ticket inspecting route controllers

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
• You should be independent, organized and meticulous.
• You should be a team player with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in the public transport network would be advantageous.
• Outdoor work required for on-site meetings, surveys and engagement with the workforce.
