• Checking of suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 invoices against purchase orders, goods receipt in system.
• Handle enquiries from suppliers and perform vendor reconciliation for payment.
• Liaise and resolve pricing and quantity discrepancies with suppliers and internal departments.
• Liaise with suppliers on invoices, credit notes and payment related matters.
• Prepare month end journals and monthly schedules.
• Checking of staff expense claims.
• Preparation of monthly Giro payment
• Any other ad hoc duties as and when required.

• Degree, preferably in Accounting/Finance or related educational qualification
• Proficient in MS Excel and SAP System
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Can-do attitude, driven and passionate about work
• A self-starter who is able to plan, organize and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently
