Master Data creation and maintenance following standards and procedure within established Service Level Agreements
Ensure master data integrity as well as maintaining the processes to support data quality
Assist in data management and data quality of master data requirements with other data source managers to ensure functional master data integrity across the operation of financial systems is consistent and meets stated business requirements
Ensure tasks are completed on time and are following company policy as well as standard procedures
Expected to contribute towards driving process improvements and system efficiency enhancements
Participate in projects and perform additional duties as required

Job Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent
Experience in dealing and maintaining master data (vendor and customer) and database administration
SAP experience in Finance module
Detailed and meticulous
Positive and learning attitudes
Good interpersonal skills - Able to engage with both external and internal customers
Strong adaptability and able to handle stress
Effective written and oral communication skills
Working location at Ang Mo Kio
