The Job:
You will support the Finance Shared Services team and will report to the Accounts Payable team lead.
You Will:
1) Ensure that the processing of the following are done accurately and timely:
- Vendor invoices,
- Interco invoice
- Payment on behalf,
- Staff claims, travel advances
- Petty cash
- Ensure that payment are made timely and correctly
- Properly approved by bank mandate
- Respond queries from vendors
- Ensure proper accruals are done
- Review Accounts Payable month end schedule for AP-related accounts as per balance sheet such as AP aging, Accrual-GR/IR Clearing and other AP-related accounts
