Job Description

Job Purpose

The officer will play a key role in ensuring timely and smooth Accounts Receivable (AR) and Treasury operations, including being a key partner with Assets Management & Leasing team in their management of hirers and tenants. The officer will also assist in basic Treasury operations and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to ensure smooth AR and treasury related operations, including regular closing processes.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding amounts, including regular monitoring of long outstanding amounts from hirers and tenants.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of AR related transactions.
• Provide relevant data and operational support to Leasing team in their management of hirers and tenants
• Monitor and manage bank balances and fixed deposits, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operational purposes.
• Participate in process reviews, including documentation of SOPs
• Carry out and assume any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by the Management

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent Experience
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in AR
• Good grasp of accounting principles and accounting entries
• Prior experience in handling of basic treasury functions such as managing cashflow and fixed deposits
