Job Responsiblilities \xe2\x80\x93 AR Executive

• In charge of AR functions including printing out all customer invoices and send to residents/sponsor. Ensure copies of all printed invoices are filed and kept for audit.
• Responsible to accept payments from residents or sponsors and update receipt to the AR system. Perform follow up on outstanding receivables and issue statement of account to residents or next of kin.
• Ensure all receipts in form of cash/NETS/credit cards are recorded and reconciled to day-end receipt for Manager\xe2\x80\x99s approval before they are stored into the locked safe.
• Responsible to bank in all cash and cheques into the bank accounts and tallied with bank-in slips. Ensure all bank-in slips are properly filed and kept.
• Responsible for submission and reporting of subvention claims to MOH and any applicable funds.
• To ensure Medical Social Worker submit the Means-Test Subsidy Change Report (MSCR) to Finance monthly and to check against the MSCR to ensure all subsidy changes are captured in the system prior to billing.
• To process deposit refund for discharge client.
• Attend to NOK enquiries on payment matters.
• Perform other ad hoc assignments as and when required.
• Adhere to all relevant Finance policies.

• Diploma / Degree holder in Business or its equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in similar capacity.
• Experience with Finance systems will be an advantage.
• Meticulous, independent and organised.
• Has a heart for social service and will uphold the Home\'s values/care philosophy.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
