Job Role:

• Provide quality customer service to clients by assisting them on their queries
• Preparation of clients\' proposals and collation of data and statistics.
• Manage and execute day-to-day operations and supervise and guide juniors e.g. intern
• Administrative support for events and special projects
• Creation of campaign materials and electronic mailers
• Other administrative support duties that may arise

Requirements:

• ITE, GCE \'A\' Level or Polytechnic Diploma graduate
• Service oriented and enjoys building rapport with clients
• Proactive and able to multi-task in an organised manner
• Resourceful, reliable and independent worker
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Keen learner, self-driven and task oriented
• Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft, Google Suite

(Starting salary will commensurate with qualifications and working experience)
