Job Description


:

  • Business Partnership
  • Serve as Finance department first point of contact for all financial systems\xe2\x80\x99 related projects and issues.
  • Collaborate with IT department on all Finance IT projects and issues, reviewing of systems\xe2\x80\x99 training guide and functional specifications.
  • Automation and Business Analytics
  • Support Finance department systems enhancements / implementation and assist in the deployment of new functions and features in the capacity of a Project Coordinator.
  • Perform system testing as and when required.
  • Involve in training the relevant skill set for the Finance team.
  • Identify and provide new technologies and enhancements that streamline processes and promote process efficiencies.
  • Governance and Control
  • Manage Financial department\xe2\x80\x99s change requests.
  • Manage users\xe2\x80\x99 access rights in accordance with Segregation of Duties Conflict table.
  • Coordinate and perform annual review exercises for SAP and ISIS access.
  • Update Financial System processes, Finance System Governance Framework and Accounting System policy manual.
  • Others
  • Handle all general administration for Financial System team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, Business or a related discipline with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in business improvement and process mapping.
  • Graduate in related discipline with 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in any of the major accounting software (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc) and financial systems projects.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications and computer knowledge.
  • Able to generate, populate and interpret data.
  • Adaptable and possess a mature and confident personality.
  • Highly motivated individual, resourceful and able to work independently.
  • Pro-active, committed, meticulous and organised with positive work attitude.
  • Prioritize, coordinate, and organize work to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrates ability to multi-task and complete assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner with limited supervision.
  • Good communication (both spoken and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess a keen interest on process improvement and efficiency.
