KEY ROLE:
Manage the Portable Funding (PF) and Enhanced Portable Funding (EPF) Programmes.
JOB RESPONSBILITIES:
- Process new applications for PF/EPF.
- Conduct financial Means Test and determine the subsidy quantum
- Conduct yearly financial assessment on eligibility for Government and subsidies programmes.
- Ensure that existing cases are reviewed before the expiry of subsidies.
- Liaise with social workers and renal coordinators of restructured hospitals
- Identify and place patients into private dialysis centre based on available capacity.
- Track and optimise the utilisation of capacity of dialysis centres and recommendation
- To generate reports and assist with internal and external audit checks.
- Document bio-data of patients and requests in case-files for record.
- Provide regular and ad-hoc reports on the both programmes.
5days OFFICE HOURS
- 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon to Fri)
- Toa Payoh
- Min Degree with Relevant Experience in managing Funds
