Job Responsibilities Assist and support the Golf Manager in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the Golf Department. Your duties shall include but not limited to the following: \xc2\xb7 Plan and organize Club golfing activities such as competitions, social events, workshops, and clinics, etc \xc2\xb7 Assist in the administration of SGA/SLGA related golf events held in the Club \xc2\xb7 Manage Handicapping procedures based on SGA guidelines \xc2\xb7 Assist with Rules Workshops and Courtesy Round \xc2\xb7 Assist in the administration of corporate events \xc2\xb7 Manage reciprocal, affiliation bookings and Committees/VIP weekly reserved flights \xc2\xb7 Manage the administration of Seletar Junior Programme and Junior tournaments \xc2\xb7 Assist with SGA Interclub League (ICL) selections and facilitate Seletar Teams\xe2\x80\x99 training and competition matters \xc2\xb7 Ensure the smooth operations of appointed driving range and pro-shop vendor and ensure golf facilities are in good working condition \xc2\xb7 Attend meetings and prepare minutes relating to golfing \xc2\xb7 Prepare reports for golf rounds, statistics, revenue, golf course related incidents, etc \xc2\xb7 Notwithstanding the above, you are required to undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the Management. \xc2\xb7 6 days work per week Qualifications \xc2\xb7 Preferably Diploma or equivalent, with minimum 2 years of relevant experience. \xc2\xb7 GCE \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 level with years of relevant experience will be considered. Experience \xc2\xb7 Good interpersonal and communication skills \xc2\xb7 Proficient in Microsoft word, Excel & Power Point \xc2\xb7 Proficient in English spoken, reading & written \xc2\xb7 Customer Service Oriented \xc2\xb7 Experience in Golf operations, administration and events will have an added advantage Staff transport available at Khatib and Seng Kang.
