Job Description


We are currently working with a listed Real Estate client in the search of Admin cum Receptionist to support their newly launched concierge cum cafe space for event and meeting hosting.

  • Support the Reception team\'s daily administrative tasks.
  • Handle office printing, collaterals, and stationery procurement, including raising purchase orders and processing invoices using SAP.
  • Work with vendors and other stakeholders to issue and remove direct inward dialing (DID) and international direct dialing (IDD) access for staff, monitor monthly usage, generate reports, and process invoices.
  • Provide logistical support for staff onboarding and offboarding.
  • Assist with booking meeting rooms, visitors, copiers, and system-generated reports.
  • Help manage the Concierge hotline.
  • Track administrative expenses for all business units through processed invoices.
  • Cover reception duties at other offices when needed.
  • Take on other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • At least a diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Possess of 2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Meticulous, well-organized, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Able to work independently.
