Lead and manage in accordance with GFD PM SOP, the project team, including contractors, sub-contractors, vendors, specialist sub-contractors and consultants.
Coordinate and schedule all project activities, including site preparation with stakeholders\' construction and inspections.
Manage budgets and cost controls, ensuring project is delivered within budget constraints.
Ensure quality control, adhering to industry standards, regulations and client requirements.
Mitigate risks and resolve issues that may arise during the project.
Communicate effectively with clients, cluster stakeholders and team members.
Monitor progress, tracking project schedules, milestones, and deadlines.
Implement safety, sustainability, Group Level protocols to ensure alignment and safe work environment.
Manage documentation including putting together tender documents, specifications, contracts administrate, address audits observations, put up permits and repository for project records.
Deliver the projects safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
