Responsibilities
You will:
\xc2\xb7 Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
\xc2\xb7 Ensure all guest are attended to at the Front Desk
\xc2\xb7 Issue apartment access key cards
\xc2\xb7 Attend to and anticipate all guests\' queries and needs
\xc2\xb7 Provide recommendations on nearby amenities, places of interest and assist guests in making travel, tours and restaurant reservation arrangements
\xc2\xb7 Manage guests\xe2\x80\x99 accounts, information and apartment availability in the system
\xc2\xb7 Perform simple bookkeeping
\xc2\xb7 Make and confirm reservations
\xc2\xb7 Respond to all queries through walk-ins, emails and calls and assist with requests
\xc2\xb7 Handle and record guests feedback and complaints, referring them to supervisors and managers
\xc2\xb7 Receive and convey messages to guests\xe2\x80\x99 promptly
\xc2\xb7 Handle the safekeeping of cash and guests\xe2\x80\x99 valuables and belongings
\xc2\xb7 Perform related tasks as assigned
