Salary: up to 5K Duration: 12 months Location: Harbourfront Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday office hour : Support the engagement of external partners and stakeholders to achiev Salary: up to 5K Duration: 12 months Location: Harbourfront Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday office hour : Support the engagement of external partners and stakeholders to achieve alignment on project outcomes, deliverables and implementation plans - Implement and coordinate pilots and programmes in Healthy Precincts, in close collaboration with stakeholders, including the Regional Health System and other stakeholders in the social-health ecosystem. - Support internal process documentation that would aid in knowledge management and SOP/playbook development. - Support project lead/s in stakeholder engagement, including taking notes of minutes, meeting coordination and ensure timely follow-ups. - Provide administrative and logistical support to the Healthy Precinct and Movement for Health teams, where required. - Prepare presentation and reports for internal teams and/or external partners - Assist in managing project timelines meticulously to ensure on-time delivery within scope, including budget disbursement and contract management with multiple stakeholders. - Undertake any other duties as assigned.
