THERE IS A PLACE FOR YOU HERE!Be part of our diverse and inclusive team.Job Responsibilities xe2x80xa2 Provide excellent service to all Marina Bay Sands loyalty programme guests and assist them with their needs and requests. xe2x80xa2 Thoroughly understand the Marina Bay Sands loyalty programmes and respond to any enquiries regarding the programme information. xe2x80xa2 Manage the Loyalty Club Membership counters and assist with Sands Rewards Club and Sands LifeStyle membership enrollment. xe2x80xa2 Provide personalised service to all Paiza LifeStyle members. xe2x80xa2 Assist with Special Events and Promotions. xe2x80xa2 Work closely with stakeholders (such as Retailers, Retail Concierage, Transportation, Front Office, Cage, Table Games, etc.) on guestsxe2x80x99 requests and feedback, and ensure that excellent guest satisfaction is achieved. xe2x80xa2 Ensure compliance to the organizationxe2x80x99s guidelines and regulations when carrying out work duties. xe2x80xa2 Perform all other adhoc duties as and when required.Job RequirementsEducation & Certification
