Thoroughly understand the Marina Bay Sands loyalty programmes and respond to any enquiries regarding the programme information. Manage the Loyalty Club Membership counters and assist with Sands Rewards Club and Sands LifeStyle membership enrollment. Provide personalised service to all Paiza LifeStyle members. Assist with Special Events and Promotions. Work closely with stakeholders (such as Retailers, Retail Concierage, Transportation, Front Office, Cage, Table Games, etc.) on guests requests and feedback, and ensure that excellent guest satisfaction is achieved. Ensure compliance to the organizations guidelines and regulations when carrying out work duties. Perform all other adhoc duties as and when required.Job RequirementsEducation & Certification

• Secondary education preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in Hospitality or Customer Service will be advantageous
• No experience required as training will be provided

Other Prerequisites

• Customer-focused, excellent team player and possess good problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel.
• Able to work on rotating shifts, public holidays and weekends.
