Job Description


  • HR Administration

  • HR related administration:
  • Administer screening and on boarding of new hires
  • Maintain Employees Records
  • Request Registration of Biometric Access for employees
  • Collate and reconciliation forms of Employees (New Join and Exit Employment)
  • Prepare Half Yearly Review Reports and collation of data, as require by Team Lead or Manager
  • Expense Tracking:Monitor trending of common expenses, such as printing utilisation, stationery, utilities, etc.
  • Operations Management

  • Procurement: Required to cover the Executive handling Procurement & Purchases in her absence.
  • Support centres in acquisition of assets, materials and services.
  • Assist in tagging and deployment of procured items
  • Sourcing and raising of PR for standard items, e.g. STE Laptop, Projector and other IT Assets after consultation with IT Manager and RO
  • Closing of invoice, PO and GR. Including PO change request
  • Monitor stock movement
  • Perform stock take
  • Printing utilisation
  • Facility and Vendor Management

  • Assist with facilities and vendor management
  • Maintenance of store room
  • Perform annual assets sighting
  • Administration

  • Meeting arrangement and scheduling
  • General filing for PR / PO, contract and maintenance agreement, Biometric Forms, System Access Forms
  • Support Front Desk Operations - example escort of Visitors to Centres (as and when required)
