Handle full spectrum of recruitment including job posting, shortlisting, interview schedules.
Build good relationships with stakeholders to ensure recruitment needs are met in a timely manner.
Handle all foreign employees matters such as work pass application, renewals, cancellation, repatriation, 6-monthly medical checkups and tenancy agreements.
Propose salary to hire and prepare employment-related documents such as offer letter, pre-employment checkup form and monitor the result of medical checkup.
Ensure smooth on-boarding of new staff such as working with respective departments to provide email address, staff pass, door access card, etc.
Assist Head of Human Resources in the yearly performance appraisal and update e-Appraisal system.
Monitor yearly re-employment of senior workers.
Apply manpower grants that are applicable to the organisation.
Undertake other HR functions and ad-hoc assignments as and when assigned.
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration preferably specializing in Human Resource.
Min 3 years of relevant HR experience.
Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices and regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
