This is a 1 year contract position contact position as Executive in the Human Resource & Organisational Development Office.
[What you will be working on]
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Manage all administration relating to the recruitment and selection process. This includes advertisement placements, administering recruitment checks, coordinating reference and background checks, preparing interview packs, facilitating interviews, preparing interview recommendations, processing work passes, using HR Information System (HRIS) tools and systems, etc.;
Organise and process onboarding program and conduct induction briefings for new hires;
Support the administration of postings and secondments of staff;
Support in the procurement and billing of Appointments related services;
Review and develop systems/processes to support operations and solve operational problems to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness;
Manage staff exit administration; and
Provide support to the team for other HR matters and projects as and when assigned.
[What we are looking for]
Pre-requisites
At least two (2) years of relevant Human Resource operations work experience
Organised and meticulous
Good interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Additional Pre-requisites
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Working knowledge of WorkDay (HRIS platform)
