Highly motivated and results driven Responsibility Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions: . recruitment, interviewing, appointment, resignation or termination . training and development . engagement and retention . performance management . compensation and benefits . job descriptions, personal files and database . permit and pass applications . HR and personal data protection policies, SOPs, employee handbook . manpower-related surveys (MOM, DOS, MOH, MSF, AIC, NCSS etc) . Training-related funding applications (WDA, VCF, SDF etc) Working Hours: . 5-day work week, up to 44 hours a week . Able to attend meeting or work on weekend whenever required Candidate Requirements Technical Competencies: . Candidate should possess at least a Degree, preferably in Human Resource Management . Candidate should have at least two years relevant experience . Candidate should be a Singaporean or Singapore PR Core Competencies: . Able to respect the confidentiality of information . Able to relate to people . Team player . Has initiative . Able to work under challenging conditions Preferred achievements / characteristics: .
