Job Description


:Infrastructure and Office Executive will act as the point of contact for Contact Centre (CC) in providing administrative support to the department and managers.This is a multifaceted role responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative functions of the contact centre while ensuring a safe and efficient working environment. This position combines office management with administrative duties, requiring a highly organized individual who can handle a variety of tasks, support staff, and provideJob Responsibilities:Office Administration

  • Manage the office environment to ensure it is clean, safe, and well-maintained
  • Oversee the maintenance and procurement of office supplies and equipment.
  • Manage and upkeep office expenditure to ensure that it is within approved budget.
Executive Support
  • Support department and managers to execute administrative tasks.
  • Prepare department monthly reports i.e. admin reports, Incentive reports and staff productivity reports
  • Facilitate and conduct Operation Effectiveness surveys
Records Management
  • Maintain confidentiality of information from all sources i.e. calls, emails, meetings, assignments.
  • Track and manage office asset inventory
  • Maintain system access rights are always recorded and in order
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations regarding document retention
  • Maintain accurate and organized records, both digital and physical, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Communication and Co-ordination
  • Serve as the point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues with stakeholders
  • Support and co-ordinate staff on-boarding/off-boarding including training and induction.
  • Handle queries within the department pertaining to Human Resources, and Information Technology related matters.
Event Planning and Co-ordination
  • Plan and organize department events, meetings and workshops
  • Arrange logistics for events, including venue booking and catering
  • Manage event budgets and ensure events are executed within budget constraints
Undertake any assignments as and when assigned.Qualifications:
  • A Levels / Polytechnic / Degree
  • Min. 1 years working experience
  • Strong in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to have excellent multi-tasking with ease.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high demand, team oriented and fast-paced environment.
  • Good organizational skill and effective time management.
  • Strong inter-personal and written communication.
  • High energy and creativity to organize staff engagement activities.
  • Must be proactive, able to work independently and have ability to multi-tasking with ease.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential
