Job Purpose

Key purpose of Incumbent is to provide support to the various distribution channels in terms of HNW submissions and oversee entire fulfilment process. You will provide business support for HNW business development (Agency / Banca / Broker). The incumbent will report to the Lead of Case Management. Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for case management (pre and post-sale)
  • Pre-sales: Liaise with the sales reps, Business Development Managers, New Business, Underwriting and Compliance teams to assist with understanding and gathering of required financial and medical documents, underwriting requirements and other necessary documents for both prelim and formal submissions.
  • Post-sales: Liaise with back-end office on inforce requests, including policy changes, illustrations, claims and transactions.
  • Provide quality service and response on HNW related queries.
  • Update and process submission / financing applications in a timely manner and maintain accuracy in tracking files.
  • Track and maintain agreed turnaround time for all submissions.
  • Provide support for HNW applications from cross teams (Agency, Banca and Broker).
  • Preparation of regular reports on submissions and Cash Surrender Value (CSV) for various distribution channels.
  • Ensure the processes for Case Management related matters are in place and operating smoothly.
  • Conduct periodic check and update department information pertaining to Case Management matters.
  • Provide update and input for SOPs related to scope of Team on an annual basis to ensure that they are updated with any changes made to processes.
  • Participate in processes review with internal department and find resolutions to improve on the current processes.
  • Provide training and case studies sharing to sales representatives.
  • Business support for HNW business development.
  • Assist in administrative/ logistic arrangement.
  • Any other tasks and duties assigned by the Team Lead or Head of Department.
  • Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
  • Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
  • Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree holder
  • Middle Office or HNW operations experience is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Powerpoint & Word)
  • Self-motivated, committed and possess initiative and drive in the job
  • Meticulous and able to work independently
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work with multiple channels
  • High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
  • Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
