What you will be working on:International engagement activities depend on the operational execution of meetings and engagements, to which the jobholder will provide support in MCI International Affairs Division. As Executive (International International), the jobholder will be responsible for the administrative and operational elements of the work of the International Affairs Division, such as handling logistics of events, meetings, meals and travels, procurement of corporate gifts, tracking of follow-ups and simple correspondences. The jobholder will also track travel and entertainment budget, and other finances of the International Affairs Unit. Protocol experience is welcome.
