:The Job

• Manage, track and asset inventory of hardware/ equipment.
• Oversee daily tracking of IT asset inventory, ensuring accurate records of all items coming in and out.
• Manage the issuance of IT asset to users, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to policies.
• Record and maintain asset handling forms for all issued items, tracking user assignments and return dates.
• Conduct regular asset checking to reconcile physical stock with inventory records.
• Work closely with EUC team lead to discuss and improve asset managements, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization of IT assets.
• Assist EUC team lead in the development and rollout of the IT Asset Management (ITAM) system, including defining processes and workflows.

Job Requirements

• At least N, O, A level or NITEC qualifications in Computer/Electronics/Electrical Engineering of relevant experience.
• Highly self-motivated, directed and attention to details.
• Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a timely manner.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, a good team player.
• Candidate must be able to commit for 3-months contract.
