What the role is:You will be part of NParks\' IT, which is a dynamic team who constantly drives digital transformation in NParks. As an IT Infra Project Officer, you will play an integral part in supporting the IT administration and coordination work.What you will be working on:Responsible in activating and tracking the usage and billing of SIM Data Roaming for staff going overseasSupport IT Team in administrative works, including tracking & disposal of IT assets (i.e. lease expiry and End of Support dates and alerting Project Managers of expiry dates), creating/sending maintenance comms, zoom licence assignment, review of Security Violations and follow-up with staff on security incidents, and sourcing for IT items, but not limited to, such as ipad accessories and video conferencing equipmentSupport in tracking onboarding and offboarding of staff to ensure IT equipment and access are ready before staff onboarding and equipment returned after offboardingSupport asset management, asset disposal activities and annual IT stocktake exerciseAssist in tracking the contract end dates so that actions can be taken to renew/call new contracts, and expenses incurred to assist IT infra\'s budget trackingPrepare presentation slides for IT meetingsAssist in revamping IT infra micrositeWhat we are looking for:You should preferably possess:Relevant working experience in IT administration work, including basic understanding of IT system, hardware and software.Familiar with the use of Microsoft Office tools.Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with people of all levels.Proficiency in written communications.Able to work independently and in teams.Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.Successful candidate will be employed on a 9-month contract with staff benefits.About National Parks Board:At the National Parks Board (NParks), we take pride in conserving our natural heritage and enhancing green spaces for all to enjoy in our City in Nature.
