About the Role

You will be part of the Organisation Planning & Performance Department to support the IT-enabled care workgroup in enhancing and improving service delivery, efficiency and quality of patient care for Telemedicine as well as other digital health and operational initiatives in NCCS. You will support the strategic initiatives for digital transformation around Telemedicine, related aspects of IT-enabled care, and operations, and ensure smooth running of the telemedicine program.

Some of the Key Responsibilities Include

  • Provide administrative support to the IT-enabled care workgroup & support digital transformation projects for healthcare operations
  • Coordinate with Clinical Leads on healthcare services research / digital health initiatives in NCCS under the IT-enabled care workgroup
  • Liaise with various workgroups to ensure work plan consistency and compliance of operations with the necessary statutory and regulatory requirements in the developing area of Telehealth
  • Prepare and collate monthly statistics and reports for submission to senior management at the institution, cluster and national levels
Job Requirements
  • Degree in any discipline with 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate communication with patients & caregivers, as well as with external collaborators
  • Possess good organizational skills and a strong interest in finding solutions and improving health outcomes for patients
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications & telemedicine-enabling platforms (e.g. Zoom)
  • An interest and aptitude for basic programming with prior experience in healthcare or hospitality setting would be an advantage
