Cornerstone is Singapore's premier Independent Financial Advisory and Exempt General Insurance Broker with near 30 years of professional experiences.


We are looking to on-board a strong client servicing manager to maintain and grow our portfolio of corporate clients,


The candidate is expected to have 1-3 years experience in corporate insurance or financial services. This include commission agents who are looking to rejoin the corporate workplace.

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring prompt and professional communication. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations. Understand clients' business needs, challenges, and goals to offer tailored solutions and drive customer success. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer support, etc.) to deliver seamless service to key accounts. Track and analyze account performance metrics, preparing regular reports and presentations for management and clients. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services to existing clients to maximize revenue. Assist in resolving client issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and client activities to proactively address business risks and opportunities. Participate in strategic planning sessions to improve account performance and customer retention.
