Duties / Tasks
On projects and leasing issues.
To source for suitable and valuable vendors.
Develop and implement assets strategy and financial budgets.
Gather property information for market research and analysis.
Build and maintain healthy working relationship with vendors.
Development and execution of the SOP guideline/system including proper and timely lease documentation procedures, prompt rental collection, GTO analysis, implementation of service charge and A&P fund components into future leases etc.
Handle lease renewal
Build and maintain healthy working relationship with vendors
Acquire vendors to accept the SAFRA membership card and provide privileges/offers for SAFRA members
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Management/Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
Preference for candidates registered as Salespersons under the Estate Agents Act (EAA) or those who possess qualifications equivalent to the Real Estate Salesperson (RES) examination.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in leasing, business development, or a similar area.
Strong understanding of the real estate sector, along with a well-established network of contacts.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Ability to identify contractual and business risks.
Analytical, results-driven mindset, with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
