• Supporting and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company\'s assigned portfolio.

• Securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with property agents.

• Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost.

• Maintaining good relationships with tenants and prospects.

• Support Manager in preparing annual rental budget, rental forecast as well as monthly management reporting.

Job requirements

• Degree in Estate Management, Building, Business Marketing preferred.

• Minimum 1-2 years of retail leasing experience.

• Preferably have experience in budgeting

• Candidates who have relevant experience in the same industry will have an added advantage.

• Sound understanding of the real estate industry with an extensive network of contacts.

• Strong presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills.
