The CapitaLand Retail Graduate Leasing Programme nurtures ambitious fresh graduates and provides growth and personal development opportunities for them to grow their retail leasing careers. You will have the opportunity to gain exposure and contribute to Singapore\'s dynamic retail landscape through structured job rotations.
Length of programme: 18 months
Number of rotations: 3 rotations
Length of each rotation: 6 months
Eligibility: Min. Degree with less than 1 year of working experience
During your job rotations, you will be rotated across our leasing functions, which includes:
1. Central Leasing: You will be part of the Retail leasing team based in Singapore, responsible for formulating and executing leasing strategies for properties within the retail portfolio. Highly sensitive to what is happening in the retail market, you will be able to identify market trends, capitalise on opportunities to secure new tenancies. This position calls for a highly-energetic individual who is keen to build a diverse industry network and possesses analytical, communication and collaboration skills.
2. Casual Leasing: You will be part of the Retail leasing team based in Singapore, responsible for formulating and executing leasing strategies for promotional spaces, push carts/kiosks and vending machines within the mall in the retail portfolio. This position calls for a highly-energetic individual with strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
3. Tenant Relations Management: You will be part of the tenant relations team based at the assigned mall, responsible for building strong tenant relationships. By engaging tenants on regular performance discussions, you gain a deep understanding of customer needs, business direction and future growth plans with regards to retail space requirements. This position calls for someone with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
Upon completion of the programme, you will be deployed to one of the above functions.
