Highly sensitive to what is happening in the retail market, you will be able to identify market trends and capitalise on opportunities to secure new tenancies. This position calls for a highly-energetic, driven professional with a diverse industry network; possesses analytical, communication and collaboration skills as well as experience in leasing.You will report to the Cluster Head, Leasing.Key responsibilities:Handle requests and enquiries on the usage of promotional spaces, push carts/kiosks and vending machines within the mallLease out the malls promotional spaces, e.g. atrium in accordance with the standards SOPsLease out pushcarts / kiosks and vending machines and provide advice on design of displays if so requiredPlan and implement the tenancy mix for mallsSupport the malls in retail planning and implementing the tenancy mixSource and secure suitable tenants that fit into the desired tenant mix at the mallsHandle leasing enquiries and make necessary recommendation of retail spaces at the malls to prospectsWork with the malls to achieve optimum occupancy and desired tenant mixWork with malls to constantly strengthening and refreshing the trade mix with new and exciting conceptsConduct market research to keep abreast of retail market and trendEstablish strong network with retailers and tenantsRequirementsDegree in Estate Management, Building or equivalentStrong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skillsPossess positive disposition and resourcefulness and a team playerSound understanding of the real estate and retail industries preferably in shopping complexComputer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelStrong report writing and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task and an eye for detailsSelf-motivated and able to work under pressure with tight deadlinesNote: This position may involve deployment or transfer to other locations based on business needs.
