Monitor KPIs , drive performance and Perform root cause analysis Monitor Waiver computation for KPIs Support Operation on KPIs waiver submission Support Daily quotation processing and Fax out Present Summary of analysis to HOD & Management when required Perform work flow routing and control ensuring timely release of jobs that are planned for execution by Operations Track Quotes that are Pending Approval and escalate report to superior / management Assist Section Head on generating reports and data required Requirements Diploma in Business adminitrative Good in Power Point Working days : Monday - Friday Working Hours : 7:45 am - 5:30pm Working Area : Jurong West
