Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the collaterals and the insurance of all loans.
• Ensure that the documentation and procedures of all collaterals/insurance policies are in order and adhered to at all time.
• Liaises with relevant parties to ensure outstanding issues are followed-through till completion.

Collateral/Insurance (all loan products):

• Ensure the new/revised/released data of all collaterals and insurance are captured correctly in the system.
• Ensure the follow-up of insurance renewal is done on a timely basis.
• Prepare various monthly/quarterly/semi-annually reports required by Management/MAS or as required.
• Ensure completed safekeeping documents (for Hire Purchase/Block discounting/Shares) are in good order.
• Other duties assigned from time to time.
