Job Summary:Location: West (Clementi, Choa Chu Kang)Workdays: Mon to Fri / 5daysWork Time: 8am - 5.30pmEntitled to AWS and Variable bonusesResponsibilities: * Perform inbound and outbound transactions

  • Ensure order fulfilment accuracy and on-time processing
  • Perform data entries and maintain/monitor stock inventory
  • Coordinate between customers and internal/ external warehouse to fulfill customers\' requirements
  • Coordinate between cross-functional teams handling procurement, and supply chain management for all receipt, delivery and collection activities
  • Review and maintain departmental key performance indicators, analyse performance gaps and suggest measures to close the gaps.
  • Attend to the user\'s needs with product related and delivery related activities.
  • Perform ad-hoc deliveries and other related duties to ensure operational excellence.
  • Support in ad-hoc activities, e.g., product recall and returns, stock take, and other cross deployment requirements.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in any Engineering field or Logistics/Supply Chain
  • Meticulous in planning and inventory tracking
  • Experience in using SAP MM is advantageous
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Effective communicator with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Able to handle ambiguities and uncertainties with operations and clients
  • Able to work independently and find out information from various parties
