Job Summary:
Location: West (Clementi, Jurong West)
Workdays: Mon to Fri / 5days
Work Time: 8am - 5.30pm
Entitled to AWS and Variable bonuses
Responsibilities: * Perform inbound and outbound transactions
- Ensure order fulfilment accuracy and on-time processing
- Perform data entries and maintain/monitor stock inventory
- Coordinate between customers and internal/ external warehouse to fulfill customers\' requirements
- Coordinate between cross-functional teams handling procurement, and supply chain management for all receipt, delivery and collection activities
- Review and maintain departmental key performance indicators, analyse performance gaps and suggest measures to close the gaps.
- Attend to the user\'s needs with product related and delivery related activities.
- Perform ad-hoc deliveries and other related duties to ensure operational excellence.
- Support in ad-hoc activities, e.g., product recall and returns, stock take, and other cross deployment requirements.
- NTC or Diploma in any Engineering field or Logistics/Supply Chain
- Meticulous in planning and inventory tracking
- Experience in using SAP MM is advantageous
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Effective communicator with both internal and external stakeholders
- Able to handle ambiguities and uncertainties with operations and clients
- Able to work independently and find out information from various parties
